Jamie (Head Brewer)
Jamie got an early start in his brewing career as a youngster, helping his Dad bottle Brew-In-A-Box into pop bottles. Later getting a job in the LCBO and managing the beer section, he developed his love for the delicious sudsy beverage. After a career in advertising and a hobby in homebrewing, Jamie took on the pursuit of becoming a professional brewer. With years of experience under his belt, we are proud to introduce you to Jamie, Folly’s Head Brewer.
